In our compact gym you may use cardio and weight exercise machines and there is also an area with free weights.
Our group exercise area invites you to attend various fitness classes described below.

Description of group exercise programs
Step Start – this is an aerobics class with the use of a stepper. Learning basics of step aerobics and the correct technique. (for beginners)
Step Dance – a class of middle and high intensity during which more difficult aerobic routines are practiced with the use of a stepper.
Interval training (advanced level required)
Interval – interval training combines two types of exercise: cardio and power workouts allowing to strengthen muscles, improve the functions of cardiovascular and respiratory systems and making the training more efficient.
NEW!!! Tabata – this is one of the most efficient types of interval training.
Tabata training is done with several intervals of 20 and 10 seconds. At first 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for 4 minutes in 8 cycles.
Power and functional exercise
Body Sculpt – this is a basic power training which makes every muscle of your body working; it is conducted either without or with the use of additional equipment and is a good start to make your body perfect.
Abs – training is focused on strengthening spine and abdominal muscles.
Bums – training includes specially selected workout for thighs and buttocks.
Functional – this training targets at the development of all physical abilities: strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.
CrossFit- this is a circuit-type training when sets of workouts are performed one after another without rest at all or with a minimal rest interval within several minutes.
NEW!!! TRX® – strong loops TRX are used for this training. Try to do press-ups, pull yourself up, lift and pull down your body like the Spiderman. This will make your body significantly stronger, especially your torso, abdominals and spine muscles. Recommended for everyone!!!
Mind & Body programs (for all levels of training)
Stretching – this class involves muscle stretching and relaxing exercises.
Pilates – this is a universal exercise system helping to strengthen internal muscles, improve posture, flexibility and balance, to reach the unity of body and mind and to achieve a slenderer figure. This program improves the health of spine and the mobility of joints.
Yoga – yoga is the philosophy of harmony of body and mind. Learning the secrets of yoga helps to comprehend the unity of the universe, to restore energy potential and get rid of stress.
Description of group water exercise programs
Aqua Base - basic elements are learnt. (for beginners)
Aqua Marathon - сardio training for all groups of muscles.
Aqua Circuit - a circuit training with alternating strength building and aerobic exercises.
Aqua Noodles - a comprehensive class with the use of Noodle equipment.
