Rules of Conduct at Wellness & SPA

We are sincerely happy to welcome you at GRAND ADMIRAL RESORT & SPA and we will do our best to make your time here pleasant and wholesome for you. But please keep in mind that your personal safety and comfort is best assured if you observe the following rules.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Laguna Private Company is a legal entity established under the current laws and is the legitimate holder of the rights allowing to render various services in the territory of GRAND ADMIRAL RESORT & SPA (116 Warshawskaia Street, town of Irpen, Kyiv region).

1.2. GRAND ADMIRAL RESORT & SPA is a country club and resort located at the address: 116 Warshawskaia Street, town on Irpen, Kyiv region (hereinafter referred to as the SPA, the Club).

1.3. WELLNESS & SPA comprises SPA procedure rooms (rooms where you may enjoy body and face care procedures, a suite offering simultaneous services for two persons, a beauty zone, a salt therapy room), and the SPA zone: an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi swimming pool, a swimming pool on the roof, a baths facility (Tyrolean, Finnish, infrared, Roman baths, aromasauna, Hammam, Moroccan baths); a zone for kids, bars, a restaurant, a gym and a fitness area.

1.4. Rules – all of the rules regulating the behavior of persons staying in the territory of the Club, and also the provision and use of the services here.

1.5. Client – an individual or persons invited by him/her intending to purchase and purchasing the Club’s services exclusively for private and family purposes not associated with any business activity.

1.6. Services – organized activities in the SPA zone, SPA procedure rooms, the gym, the fitness area, personal trainings, introductory briefings, massage and health improvement procedures, services of the kids’ area, services of bars and restaurants etc.

1.7. Trainer, instructor – the Club’s specialists who provide the services within the framework of legal relations established with Laguna PC.

1.8. Group trainings – exercise classes which are conducted by the Club’s trainers and may be attended by every Client, with duration of 30 – 90 minutes depending on the format. Trainings are conducted according to the schedule.

1.9. Personal training – training conducted at any time convenient for the Client subject to pre-scheduling and in accordance with the Club’s current opening hours. Training in the gym and fitness area.

1.10. Personal service – a service provided to the Client at GRAND ADMIRAL RESORT & SPA from the Club’s service list according to current prices at the time agreed with the Club’s reception administrator.

1.11. Service rescheduling – a prepaid service which the Client is unable to use, whereof the Client informs the Club’s reception administrator at least 24 hours in advance.

1.12. Technical breaks – breaks in the Club’s operation in general, in the operation of separate areas or separate premises for the purpose of cleaning, sanitary treatment or technical maintenance as required by the operation standards or for other necessary reasons beyond the Club’s control.

2. List of the services and opening hours of WELLNESS & SPA

2.1. SPA procedure rooms:

  • body and face care procedures;
  • suite providing services for two persons at a time;
  • beauty zone;
  • salt therapy room.

Opening hours: 9.00 a.m. – 09.00 p.m. every day

2.2. SPA zone:

  • indoor swimming pool;
  • outdoor Jacuzzi swimming pool;
  • swimming pool on the roof;
  • baths facility (Tyrolean, Finnish, infrared, Roman baths, aromasauna, Hammam, Moroccan baths).

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday: 9.00 a.m. – 11.00 p.m., Monday: 03.00 p.m. – 11.00 p.m.

Monday 9.00 a.m. – 03.00 p.m. is a cleaning and sanitary day.

2.3. Kids’ zone:

Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. every day

2.4. Gym

Opening hours: 9.00 a.m. -11.00 p.m. every day

2.5. Fitness area

Opening hours: according to the schedule of trainings.

2.6. Wellness bar

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday: 9.00 a.m. – 11.00 p.m., Monday: 03.00 p.m. – 11.00 p.m.

Monday 9.00 a.m. – 03.00 p.m. is a cleaning and sanitary day.

2.7. Mozart Restaurant

Opening hours: 12:00 noon to 00:00 midnight every day. In the warm season according to a special schedule.

2.8. Clients may not enter WELLNESS & SPA after 10:00 p.m.

2.9. Clients should leave the Club not later than 22:30.

3. General Provisions

3.1. On the day of visiting the Club, at the Club’s reception desk the Client receives a bracelet key to a locker with a set of towels and sheets. Currently booking of lockers is not available.

3.2. At the end of the visit to the Club the Client gives the locker bracelet key back to the reception employee and pays for the services provided to him/her in accordance with the Club’s current list of prices and products.

3.3. Please leave your valuables in safe deposit boxes at the Club’s reception desk.

3.4. While you stay at the Club, please leave your personal belongings and clothes in lockers in the locker rooms. The Club’s administration is not responsible for things left unattended or lost.

3.5. If you forget any of your belongings at the Club, the Administration will keep them for 30 calendar days; they will be given back to the Client if the Client so requests. If no Client asks for such a thing, it will be disposed of at the Club’s discretion.

3.6. Before visiting WELLNESS & SPA, the Client should consult a physician (or get a comprehensive medical check-up) and if any contraindications are discovered, he/she should inform the Club’s Administration thereof and, if possible, provide medical information about the Client’s health. If contraindications do exist but the Client does not warn the Club’s administrator (specialist) about it, the Club’s Administration is not responsible in case the Club Client’s health is worsened as a result of his/her using of any of the Club’s services.

3.7. If the Client loses a locker bracelet key or a cloak-room token, and/or makes any damage to the Club’s property, the Administration has the right to request that the Client reimburse the cost of the lost and/or damaged property.

3.8. The Club may cancel some services on a temporary basis due to technical reasons.

3.9. For security reasons, the Club conducts video recording of visitors in the territory of the Club.

3.10. The Client may book additional/personal services: personal training, massage, consultations by specialists etc. in advance personally or may entrust this task to a specialist. A respective booking record is made at the WELLNESS & SPA reception desk.

3.11. If the Client feels any discomfort while visiting WELLNESS & SPA, he/she may inform the administrator thereof.

3.12. If necessary, the Client may cancel or reschedule any service with prior notification:

  • Personal training – at least 4 hours before the time scheduled for its beginning.
  • SPA services – at least 4 hours before beginning.
  • Hammam rituals – at least 4 hours before beginning.

4. Obligations of the Client

4.1. The Client undertakes: to use the Club’s territory, buildings, structures, interior items, MEP equipment, utilities and other communications etc. in the appropriate manner as required by the applicable regulations and according to the designated purpose.

4.2. To ensure that persons and staff personally invited by the Client strictly comply with sanitary norms, safety and fire safety rules, environment protection rules and general public order rules, avoid using obscene words, disturbing other visitors of the Club, and that they are respectful towards other visitors and respectful towards the Club’s service staff; to avoid any actions posing any threat to the persons nearby.

4.3. Not to deliver to or store in the Club’s territory and premises any weapons, ammunition, explosives, radioactive or hazardous materials, as well as any other things and materials which may be dangerous to human health and/or the environment, and/or which may create the risk of property damage.

4.4. To treat the Club’s property with due care and avoid its littering, damage, deterioration, destruction etc.

4.5. To comply with all of the rules and regulations applicable in the territory and premises of the Club.

4.6. In case of destruction and/or damage of any property of the Club, to indemnify the damages in full within three business days after such destruction or damage is inflicted or within one business day after receiving a respective written request from the Club’s Administration.

4.7. To attend trainings in the gym and fitness areas in the clothes and footwear specifically designated for this purpose. To keep all premises of the Club clean.

4.8. To observe personal hygiene rules: take a shower before visiting the SPA zone.

4.9. While visiting the Club, to take good care of personal belongings not leaving them unattended and not entrusting them to other persons. The Club is not responsible for valuables not kept in an individual safe deposit box.

4.10. Leaving the Club, the Client should give back the terry items given to him/her for the time of stay at the Club.

4.11. Leaving the Club, the Client should give back the electronic bracelet and the key from a locker in the locker room. It is prohibited to leave personal belongings in a locker.

4.12. The Client should himself/herself monitor own health in a responsible manner (not to visit the Club if the Client has any chronic, infectious, skin diseases and internal diseases) and not to endanger the health of other persons nearby.

4.13. The Client may stay in the SPA zone only wearing a bathing suit and rubber footwear as required by the safety standards.

4.14. Staying at the Club, the Client should wear and use only the electronic bracelet given to him/her.

5. Rules of visiting and using the services of the SPA procedure rooms

5.1. The Client should arrive 15 minutes before the time at which the procedure is scheduled to begin.

5.2. The Clients are given bathrobes, slippers and towels and should give them back after the procedures.

5.3. It is recommended that the Client book the time convenient for him/her in advance.

5.4. If the Client prefers to receive a service from a particular specialist, it is recommended that the Client inform the administrator in advance about such preference, if any.

5.5. If the Client intends to cancel or reschedule a procedure, he/she should call and inform the Club’s reception administrator thereof not later than 4 hours before the time at which the procedure is scheduled to begin.

5.6. The Client is advised to observe personal hygiene rules and take a shower before the time at which the procedure is scheduled to begin.

5.7. The Client should not eat one hour before the procedures and should not drink any alcohol on the day of his/her visit to the Club.

5.8. If the Client who intends to have face care procedures uses contact lenses, he/she should inform the cosmetologist thereof. Men should shave not later than 2 hours before beginning of cosmetological procedures.

5.9. During the procedures the Client should not use chewing gum.

5.10. Before the procedure the Client should consult a specialist and get recommendations concerning what he/she should focus on.

5.11. If you have long hair, please put your hair in a ponytail and fix it with a hairpin.

5.12. The Client should take off or remove all jewelry and other adornments from the area of the body with which the procedures will be made.

5.13. If the Client has no referral from a doctor and has not consulted the Club’s specialist, he/she is personally responsible for the state of his/her health during and after the course of procedures.

6. Rules of visiting the gym

6.1. For the purpose of assuring safety and preventing injuries during activities in the gym, the Client should get an introductory briefing from the Club’s trainer.

6.2. The Client should observe the rules of safety and the rules of using the exercise equipment.

6.3. It is not allowed to stay in the gym with a naked torso or in open toe shoes.

6.4. The Client should not leave personal use items in the gym after his/her visit.

6.5. To avoid injuries, the Client should comply with the main principles regarding how the training should be structured about which the Client is informed during the introductory briefing. If necessary, the Client may ask the Club’s trainers for help.

6.6. It is not allowed to leave barbells, dumbbells, weights and other free weights leaning them against the walls, mirrors and other structures. All equipment should be put back in places specifically designated for this purpose.

6.7. It is not allowed to step on exercise machines, barbells, dumbbells, tables and benches with your feet.

6.8. It is not allowed to run around the gym.

6.9. It is not allowed to put disposable cups with water on exercise machines.

6.10. After drinking water, please throw the used disposable cups into the trash can; it is not allowed to leave disposable cups in the gym, near exercise machines and sports equipment.

6.11. It is not allowed to move exercise machines to another place and leave sports gear on the floor.

6.12. To avoid injuries, children under the age of 14 are allowed to exercise in the gym only under supervision of the Club’s trainer, and children aged from 14 to 16 – if accompanied by an adult or under supervision of the Club’s trainer.

6.13. The trainer has the right to stop the training if the Client breaches safety rules or if the training becomes harmful.

6.14. Any of the exercise machines may be inaccessible for use (due to repair, preventive maintenance). If an exercise machine breaks down, the Client should inform the Club’s trainer about it. The Clients are not allowed to attempt to repair the machines by own efforts.

6.15. It is strictly forbidden to eat during exercise in the gym. However, sport nutrition products may be eaten with the use of special-purpose utensils.

6.16. It is recommended to exercise with maximum weights under the supervision of the Club’s trainer or with a partner for additional safety.

6.17. The Clients may use services of the Club’s trainers only. Personal trainings with involvement of the Client’s personal instructors or members of the Club are not allowed.

6.18. The Client should observe personal hygiene rules and should not use perfumery with strong odor.

6.19. If the Client cancels a training, he/she should inform a personal trainer thereof in due time (at least 4 hours in advance). If the training is not cancelled as appropriate, its cost will not be compensated if it has been paid for in advance or is covered by a pass.

6.20. The Client is responsible for any damage to and loss of the Club’s sports equipment due to his/her fault.

6.21. The Clients attend all trainings and sports activities of the Club at their own risk. The Club is not responsible for any possible harm to the Client’s health resulting from physical exercises done by the Client without proper compliance with requirements of the Club’s trainers and recommendations of the Club’s specialist.

6.22. It is prohibited to use electronic devices and cellular phones while exercising with cardio equipment.

6.23. While training in the gym, the Client should not use chewing gum.

6.24. Exercising on exercise machines with free weights, the Client should choose the weight and the number of sets corresponding to his/her functional capabilities.

6.25. If the Client fails to observe these rules, the gym trainer has the right to stop the training and limit the Client’s right to visit the gym.

7. Rules of visiting the fitness area

7.1. To avoid injuries, the Client should attend trainings corresponding to his/her fitness level.

7.2. Group trainings are held in accordance with the pre-approved schedule. The Club’s Administration may change the schedule unilaterally and the Client will always be notified of such changes not later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the time scheduled for beginning of the training.

The Club reserves the right to substitute the instructor specified in the schedule and to change the schedule of group trainings.

7.3. The Client intending to attend a highly popular fitness training should phone the Club’s reception administrator and get registered for the training. The Client may receive detailed information about such trainings from the Club’s reception administrator.

7.4. If the Client registered for a training is unable to attend it, he/she should inform the Club’s administrator about this at least 4 hours before the time scheduled for beginning of the training.

7.5. If the Client does not attend the training or does not inform the Club’s reception administrator about inability to attend it, in such a case a respective service is deemed provided and the training attended.

7.6. If the Client is late for the training for more than 10 min, the instructor has the right not to allow the Client’s attendance depending on the intensity and complexity level of the training, in order to avoid adverse consequences for the Client’s health. If such a training has been paid for in advance or is covered by the pass, its cost will not be reimbursed.

7.7. During group trainings it is not allowed to use own choreo and free weights without the instructor’s permit.

7.8. After the training the Client should put the sports equipment in its proper storage place and take away his/her personal use items.

7.9. Children aged under 12 are not allowed to attend group trainings.

7.10. Children are not allowed to stay in the fitness area during group trainings.

7.11. It is not allowed to use cellular phones during group trainings.

7.12. Personal training may be held in the area designated for group exercise at the time free from group trainings according to the schedule, subject to prior booking of a personal training.

7.13. A group trainings is held provided that at least 2 Clients are present, otherwise the training is not held. The Client may register himself/herself for a training at the reception desk of the Club.

7.14. If the Client does not observe these rules, the trainer of the fitness area has the right to stop the training and limit the Client’s presence in the fitness area.

8. Rules of visiting the SPA zone

8.1. Before visiting the SPA zone, elderly persons, pregnant women and persons with heart diseases, diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension should consult the doctor.

8.2. Before visiting the SPA zone please take off your jewelry and other adornments.

8.3. It is not allowed to dry personal things and towels in the SPA zone.

8.4. While visiting baths and saunas please follow recommendations written on plates at the entrances to respective premises.

8.5. While visiting the SPA zone, it is not allowed to use creams, perfumery with strong odor, masks, scrubs, hair dyes, essential oils, aromatic bouquets and other chemical and fragrant products.

8.6. It is not allowed to take meals and drink beverages (tea, water) in the SPA zone, except in the bars.

8.7. In the SPA zone it is not allowed to splash water and aromatizers into the chamber with stones. In the SPA zone it is not allowed to use plastic disposable cups.

8.8. To avoid burns while staying in the SPA zone, please do not touch surfaces having increased temperature.

8.9. It is not allowed to leave children in the SPA zone without supervision by adults. Children under 16 years of age may visit the SPA zone only if accompanied by adults. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to visit the swimming pool area on the roof.

8.10. To visit the SPA zone, the Client should have a bathing suit (swimming trunks, swimsuit) and appropriate footware, and respective medical indications.

8.11. Water jumping and jogging is not allowed in the swimming pool area.

8.12. Special-purpose lessons in the swimming pool may be held only under supervision of a swimming instructor or a rescuer.

8.13. Before visiting the SPA zone, parents should check the state of health of their children and take into account that meals may be taken by a child not later than 1.5-2 hours before visiting the SPA zone. If children do not observe sanitary and hygiene rules (faeces in the swimming pool), parents are financially liable and should reimburse the costs of water drain and off-schedule treatment.

8.14. Persons visiting the SPA zone bear responsibility for their own compliance with safety rules and for compliance with such rules by children and persons under their guardianship. The Club is not responsible for injuries and harm or other instances of worsened health resulting from non-observance of the rules of visiting the SPA zone.

8.15. If parents and children swim together, parents are responsible for their children’s safety. It is not allowed to leave children unattended.

8.16. Visitors should leave the SPA zone immediately if so requested by the Club’s staff.

8.17. When visiting the SPA zone with children under 14 years of age, the Client (-s) should control their activities so as to avoid causing any inconveniences to other guests.

8.18. Children aged under 6 are not allowed to swim in the outdoor swimming pool without special-purpose means (inflatable armbands) and without life-jackets.

8.19. Children aged under 3 are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool without diapers specifically intended for use in the water.

8.20. If the Client does not observe these rules, the Club’s Administration is entitled to limit the right of the Client or the persons whom he/she invited, children and persons under his/her guardianship to visit the SPA zone.

9. Rules of using lockers

9.1. Do not leave trash in the lockers.

9.2 Do not leave your things unattended in unlocked lockers.

9.3. Be attentive when opening a locker.

9.4. It is not allowed to use the Club’s towels otherwise than for their intended purpose.

9.5. It is not allowed to throw towels on the floor in the locker room.

9.6. It is not allowed: to eat, to drink alcohol and to get drinks in glass in the locker room.

9.7. It is not allowed to lock a locker with a key after your visit to the Club is over.

10. Rules of visiting the kids’ room

10.1. Parents or accompanying persons should bring the child to the kids’ room, take the child’s outdoor clothes off, sign in the book of visits and take the child from the kids’ room not later than in 3 hours.

10.2. The child should be brought to and taken from the kids’ room by one and the same person.

10.3. The kids’ zone invites children aged 2 -8. A child aged under 2 may stay in the kids’ room only under the supervision of a parent or an accompanying person.

10.4. It is not allowed to bring food products to the Club and the kids’ zone. If your child is hungry please use the services of our restaurant zone.

10.5. You may change the child’s clothes or diapers only in places specifically designated for this purpose (WCs).

10.6. The Client should inform about all specific traits of the child, distinctive features of his/her character, his/her preferences, state of health etc.

10.7. After leaving the child in the kids’ room, it is advised that the Client come to the room from time to time to see the child thus helping him/her to adapt to the new environment.

10.8. If a child demonstrates apparent abnormal behavior (aggression, histerical conditions, deliberate damage to property), the Club’s Administration has the right to request that the parents be personally present when the child attends the kids’ room or that the child be taken away from the kids’ room.

10.9. When leaving the child in the kids’ room, the Client should inform the childminder how to contact him/her and should give his/her phone number.

10.10. Children are not allowed to use the water dispenser without supervision by an adult (for safety reasons).

10.11. If the Client does not observe these rules, the Club’s Administration is entitled to limit the right of the Client or the persons whom he/she invited, children and persons under his/her guardianship to visit the kids’ zone.

11. Rules of visiting the Club with children

11.1. Staying in the territory of the Club, children should observe all of the rules of behavior in the Club. It is not allowed to run, jump, play in the water or to behave oneself in any other manner which may cause inconvenience to other guests.

11.2. Children over 12 years of age may take a personal training with an instructor in the gym.

11.3. Parents and guardians of children are personally responsible for the safety of their children and for any damage inflicted by them.

11.4. Children of opposite sexes over 4 years of age may not stay in one locker room together.

11.5. Persons guarding and accompanying children are personally responsible for the safety of their children and for any damage inflicted by them.

12. Procedure of payment for the services

12.1. Upon familiarizing oneself with the service prices (prices of procedures, Club cards) and selecting the services he/she wants, the Client pays an appropriate amount for such services to the Club’s cash desk.

12.2. Payment for the services may be made in cash and by wire transfer in Hryvnia, and also by a credit card or in the form of a deposit. In the latter case the Client gives the Club the right to write off the cost of all services used by the Client in the Club from the Client’s deposit account without notice. The Club does not provide any services on credit.

12.3. If the Client has any debt to the Club, the Club has the right to limit the Client’s access to the Club and suspend the validity of his/her Club card until the debt is fully repaid.

12.4. A service is deemed appropriately and fully provided if the Client makes no complaints in its respect within three business days after its completion.

12.5. The Club is not responsible for any technical inconvenience resulting from seasonal, preventive and emergency works performed by municipal utility service organizations of Irpen town.

12.6. The Client may buy gift cards of any value allowing to use any of the Club’s services.

13. What you may not do while visiting the Club

13.1. You may not take the Club’s property beyond the Club’s building and territory.

13.2. Attend the procedures if you have an acute and/or chronic infectious and/or skin disease. If you have doubts about the state of your health, please consult the Club’s specialist.

Persons with medical contraindications (skin diseases, open wounds etc.) are not allowed to attend swimming pools. Persons with cardiovascular diseases or hypertensive diseases are advised not to stay in a sauna, steam room or Turkish baths longer than 5 minutes.

Pregnant women are expressly prohibited to attend procedures in the Turkish baths and the hydromassage bath and are also not recommended to have acupuncture massage of the feet and body.

13.3. You should take off your outdoor clothes while staying in the Club’s premises.

13.4. While attending the swimming pools, you are not allowed to:

  • jump from swimming pool edges;
  • dive;
  • get down to the swimming pool bottom;
  • make obstacles for other visitors of the swimming pool.

13.5. You may not bring and consume food products and beverages, including liquor and beer, in WELLNESS & SPA.

13.6. If you are smoking, please do it in areas specially designed for the purpose.

13.7. Persons intoxicated with alcohol, drugs or other toxic substances may not visit WELLNESS & SPA.

13.8. You may not litter the Club’s premises and structures, including to throw used chewing gum on the floor.

13.9. You may not take animals with you to WELLNESS & SPA.

13.10. You may not use cellular phones while in WELLNESS & SPA.

13.11. You may not enter staff-only areas of the Club.

13.12. You are not allowed to make photo and video recording in the Club’s territory without a special permit of the Club’s Administration.

13.13. You may not use musical equipment or other equipment located in the Club’s premises at own discretion.

13.14. You may not conduct commercial activities of any kind.

13.15. You may not leave children aged under 16 without adult’s supervision.

13.16. Minor persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to buy and drink alcoholic beverages.

13.17. You may not bring your own items of amusement (balls, toys), rubber rings etc.

13.18. Persons with gypsified or bandaged arms and legs are not allowed to attend the swimming pools and the baths facility.

13.19. If the Club’s staff (lifeguards) prohibit using some of the services please do as they say.

13.20. You may not wear watches, earrings, chains or other jewelry items which may inflict harm to other visitors and/or damage the Club’s property.

14. Health monitoring recommendations

14.1. Irrespective of the current sanitary and epidemiological situation, we recommend that before attending the swimming pools you take the following health monitoring measures:

  • consult a therapeutist;
  • children of pre-school and primary school age should be examined for enterobiasis.

14.2. The Club’s Administration kindly requests the Clients intending to visit the Club to make sure that the state of their health allows using the services offered by the Club.

14.3. Given the diversity of the services offered by the Club and depending on physical and mental health of some Clients, the Club may advise some visitors not to use some services.

14.4. It is recommended that the Clients wearing glasses of any type use the services offered by the Club only after providing their glasses with special laces for additional safety and fixation.

14.5. The Client hereby assures that prior to his/her active or passive participation in the exercise classes or procedures he/she will consider the state of his/her health and will not use such services if they may be potentially harmful to his/her health, life or physical or mental health.

14.6. Before visiting the Club, the Clients are recommended to get a standard medical check-up procedure to check the general state of health. This is particularly important if the Client intends to take part in intensive exercise activities and use exercise equipment operating on the basis of thermal emission sources and high temperatures.

14.7. The Clients with diabetes mellitus, heart diseases, hypertension or hypotension, and the Clients taking anticlotting agents, histamine antagonists, beta-blockers or tranquilizers, should consult their physician before visiting the Club.

15. Liability

15.1. If the Client inflicts any damage to the Club, the Club’s property, property and/or health of the Club’s visitors, he/she bears the liability established by current laws of Ukraine. If the damage is inflicted by minor persons or persons with disability, liability for such acts is borne by their parents or guardians.

15.2. Parents of minors, their guardians or other adult persons accompanying them are responsible for informing such minors or persons with disability arriving with them to the Club about the rules of the Club, and for their observance of such rules.

15.3. If the Client loses the electronic bracelet given to him/her but information is available about the time of his/her stay in the Club, about the amount of credit used by him/her or any other supporting identification data (locker’s number, a photo etc.), in such a case, when leaving the Club the Client pays the Club’s administrator a fine for the lost electronic bracelet and also pays a bill for the goods purchased and the services received by him/her at the Club.

15.4. If any pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary damage is sustained by the Client, he/she should immediately notify the Club’s receptionist thereof specifying the place, time and circumstances of the situation. If the Client does not comply with this requirement, any claims submitted by him/her later are not accepted.

15.5. The Club does not consider the Client’s claims and is not responsible for any pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary damage sustained by the Client if the Client failed to comply with any requirements and/or recommendations set forth in these rules.

15.6. The Club is not responsible for the Client’s personal belongings and for their loss and/or spoilage, including swimming suits of visitors spoiled while using the Club’s services.

15.7. The Club is not responsible for any accident with or harm to the health and life of persons occurring through the fault of the Client (including persons invited by the Client or his/her staff), for their loss of luggage, money or valuables, as well as for any other situations beyond the Club’s control. The Club is not responsible for any damage to or theft of property of the Client (including property of persons invited by the Client or his/her staff) and for any self-inflicted harm to their health. The Club is not responsible if the services provided do not meet the expectations of the Client (including persons invited by the Client or his/her staff) and, respectively, for his/her dissatisfaction with such services because the opinion of every person is specific and subjective and may differ from the generally accepted standards. The Club is not responsible for actions of third persons and for services provided by them. Any responsibility of the Club is limited to direct damages.

16. Waiver

16.1. The Club’s Administrator has the right not to allow the Club’s Client to attend a training in outdoor footwear.

16.2. The Club’s Clients bear personal responsibility for their health. To avoid any injuries, it is recommended that the Clients attend only such trainings which are consistent with their physical abilities.

16.3. If the Client breaches the rules of the Club, the Administration reserves the right to ask the Client to leave the Club’s territory.

16.4. When visiting the Club, the Client should confirm that he/she does not have any medical contraindications to using the Club’s services.

16.5. The Club has the right to change prices of the Club’s services without prior notification of the Client.

16.6. If the Client breaches these Rules, the Club’s staff may assist him/her in leaving the Club’s territory, and in such a case the Client will not receive any reimbursement of the cost of the services paid for by him/her.

16.7. The Club is not responsible for any accidents.

16.8. Every Client booking any procedure at the Club will be asked during his/her first visit to the Club to fill in a questionnaire about the state of his/her health.

16.9. If the Client feels any discomfort while visiting the Club, he/she is kindly requested to inform an administrator or a specialist thereof.

16.10. The Club’s Administration reserves the right to refuse to make any procedure for the Client in case moral and ethical conduct standards are breached during the procedure (in case of improper attitude towards a specialist during a procedure and also if the Client does not have underwear or disposable underwear on during some procedures).

The Club’s Administration is not responsible for your stay beyond the territory of Country Club GRAND ADMIRAL RESORT & SPA.
