Day 1 | Immersing softly into the atmosphere of relax
02:00 pm | Arrival and check-in |
05:15 pm | Stretching: workout which includes exercises to stretch and relax the muscles. Improves muscle elasticity and tone. Venue – outdoors or in the gym, depending on the weather. Duration: 45 minutes |
06:00 pm | Visiting the aquazone of the best Ukrainian Wellness & SPA according to the free schedule. In the evening – walking in the fresh air |
Day 2 | Becoming aware of love for own self
08:00 am | Chi Quong – the art of staying healthy. This system is based on management of breathing, consciousness and vital energy. During the Chi Quong practice, the body and mind are deeply relaxed, thus improving brain activity and facilitating the restoration of the nervous and respiratory systems. The Chi Quong practice includes gymnastic exercises, meditation and Chinese martial arts techniques. During the practice, attention is focused on the inner state. The training lasts 90 minutes. |
10:00 am | Light, wholesome and aesthetically beautiful breakfast |
01:00 pm | Aqua – Mix – aqua training with the use of various equipment which is focused on working out all muscle groups. The training lasts 45 minutes |
02:00 pm | 60-minute body massage for two guests. Exact time to be agreed with the SPA administrator |
06:00 pm | Hatha Yoga is the philosophy of harmony of body and soul. Learning the secrets of yoga helps comprehend the unity of the universe, restore energy potential and get rid of stress. The training lasts 90 minutes |
07:30 pm | Visiting the aquazone according to the free schedule. In the evening – walking in the fresh air |
Day 3 | Filling ourselves with energy
